Mr Nick Morgan is a Consultant Orthopaedic Knee Surgeon and is dedicated to helping relieve patients of any knee pain. His areas of expertise include arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction and arthroplasty of the knee. He also specialises in non-operative treatments for knee arthritis.

Nick read Immunology and Cell Biology at the University of Wales prior to studying medicine at Charing Cross Hospital Medical School, graduating in 1986. He trained in orthopaedics on rotations from St George’s and Charing Cross hospitals and completed a fellowship year at Sunnybrook Hospital in Canada, specialising in trauma and joint reconstructive surgery. This was under the guidance of the internationally renowned Professor Joe Schatzker.

Ten years ago he carried out the first custom-made ConforMIS knee replacement in the UK and has now performed over 400 of these operations. He is the UK clinical lead for ConforMIS and trains other UK surgeons in the technique.

Nick trained as a mediator at the Society of Mediators and completed a Master’s degree in Medical Law (LLM LAMP) at Cardiff University in 2018.
