Patient referrals

Medical referrers

If you are a doctor who wants to refer a patient to one of our consultants or outpatient services, including MRI, X-ray and Ultrasound, please use our online referral form or speak to our Appointments team on 0203 195 2442 who will be happy to help.
 

We accept both named and unnamed consultant referrals. If you would rather not specify a consultant, our team can advise patients on the best specialists for their condition.

 

Non-medical referrers

If you are a non-medical referrer,  for example a physiotherapist, and would like to refer to our consultants or have previously registered with us to refer patients for imaging, please use our online referral form or speak to our Appointments team on 0203 195 2442 who will be happy to help.

 

If you have not previously referred to us and would like to refer to imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray or Ultrasound), you may be required to complete our non-medical referrers form and provide details of training. For further information please email pacsadmin@fortiusclinic.com or call 0203 805 4776/0203 831 3580.
