Fortius Clinic was founded by a group of specialists with a shared vision - to push the boundaries of orthopaedics and sports medicine and achieve new standards for clinical excellence. We knew that the way to achieve a world-class centre of excellence was through super-specialism, dedicating resource and expertise to one area of medicine and attracting like-minded clinicians who understood that we could be ‘stronger together’.
Today we are more than 200 specialists, from surgeons to sports physicians, rheumatologists, pain management specialists and radiologists, each with specific expertise in one area of orthopaedics or sports medicine. We work together in sub-specialty teams, sharing knowledge, combining experience - and governed by the same exceptional standard of clinical care that comes from working in a single specialty setting.
This enables us to achieve the best possible outcome for each of the thousands of patients we treat every year, from elite and amateur athletes to those with chronic arthritis and orthopaedic injuries.
