Patient feedback

It is important to us that you receive the best possible experience whilst you are in our care. If there is something we need to improve, we take all feedback very seriously and want to hear your views. We regularly review our services to see where and how we can make improvements. Your feedback makes a vital contribution to this. If you have a complaint, compliment, comment or concern, you can be sure we will give it our full attention. Below you can find out how to make a complaint or give us feedback, and what action we will take.

Your opinion matters

When you visit our outpatient centres or have a procedure at our Surgical Centre we ask you to complete a patient satisfaction survey following your visit. This enables us to monitor our standards of care rigorously and analyse any trends, to improve our service and care for all of our patients.

You can contact us directly on 0203 195 2442 and ask to speak to the Quality Team. Or email us at feedback@fortiusclinic.com

Compliments and comments

It is always nice for our staff to hear when we have got things right for our patients, and any compliments or comments are gratefully received. We will always ensure that your compliments are passed on to the staff member concerned.

If you have a compliment or comment to make, please feedback to any member of the team.
