Mr. Bahram Fakouri is a Consultant Spinal Neurosurgeon with extensive experience in both neurosurgery and orthopaedic spinal surgery. He graduated from medical school in Duesseldorf, Germany, in 1996 and became a qualified neurosurgeon in 2003, after completing his training at the University of Bonn. Mr. Fakouri has completed several prestigious spinal fellowships, including at the Centre for Spinal Surgery in Nottingham and Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, making him one of the few surgeons with dual training in orthopaedic and neurosurgical spinal techniques.
Previously a consultant spinal surgeon in Cologne, Germany, he now practices in London, where he serves as the lead clinician for adult spinal surgery at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital. He also developed the hospital’s cervical spine service and consults privately at London Bridge Hospital.
Mr. Fakouri’s approach to spinal care focuses on non-invasive and minimally invasive techniques to reduce patient risk and recovery time. His expertise includes treating conditions such as cervical and lumbar disc herniation, spinal stenosis, adult spinal deformities, spinal tumors, fractures, infections, and more.
