At Fortius Clinic, we understand the importance of making our international patients feel as comfortable as possible and we take time to understand your needs.

Whether you come to us through an embassy or are insured, sponsored or self-funding, we will ensure you have exceptional treatment and care. Our International Liaison Manager will help you and your family before, during and after your stay with us to make sure your experience is seamless.

Help with access

Our International Liaison Manager can help with booking appointments with consultants and other healthcare professionals as well as arranging admission to the hospital.

She can also assist with the letter of guarantee process if necessary and liaise with embassies and third party sponsors about billing and any other issues.

For complex admissions, she can provide bespoke case management.

What we offer

We aim to cater for all your needs during your stay and provide the following:

  • International menus covering all dietary requirements, including Halal and vegetarian, as well as an in-room dining service from local restaurants
  • Multi-faith prayer room and all religious requirements catered for
  • Interpreter services
  • Private transfer services
  • International television channels
  • Complimentary in-room WiFi and international newspapers (on request)

International insurers and patients

We can assist members/insurers with the following services:

  • Appointment with a GP/family doctor or allied health professional
  • Appointment with an appropriate consultant
  • Arranging hospital admission
  • The letter of guarantee process
  • Liaising with consultants regarding billing and any other issues
  • Providing bespoke case management for complex admissions
  • Interpreter services (where available)
