1 ABOUT THESE TERMS
1.1 These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to patients participating in the Fortius Moving Forward Programme (the Programme). Please read them carefully before booking.
1.2 These Terms should be read alongside the standard Fortius Clinic Patient Terms and Conditions, which continue to apply in full. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the standard Terms, these Terms shall take precedence in relation to the Programme.
1.3 By booking an appointment through the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.4 We are Fortius London Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 07033880 and our registered office is Fortius Clinic, 17 Fitzhardinge Street, London, W1H 6EQ.

2 THE PROGRAMME
2.1 The Fortius Moving Forward Programme offers eligible patients a fixed price all-inclusive diagnostic package comprising three elements:
2.1.1 An initial new patient consultation with a participating Fortius consultant.
2.1.2 Diagnostic imaging (Included one of the following: MRI, X-ray, CT scan or ultrasound as clinically appropriate and recommended by your consultant following your initial consultation).
2.1.3 A follow-up appointment with your consultant to discuss your diagnosis and treatment options.
2.2 The package price is £875. This covers all three elements listed in clause 2.1 and is the only amount you will be asked to pay under the Programme.
2.3 The package includes one type of diagnostic imaging per patient, as recommended by your consultant based on your clinical needs. The package price is fixed regardless of which imaging modality is used. If a second or additional type of imaging is required, this will be charged separately at standard Fortius rates.
2.4 The package price is fixed regardless of whether imaging is ultimately required following your initial consultation.
2.5 The Programme does not include injections, surgical procedures, physiotherapy or any treatment beyond the three elements listed in clause 2.1. Any additional treatment recommended following your follow-up appointment will be charged separately at standard Fortius rates.
2.6 Nothing in the Programme limits or excludes Fortius Clinic's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3 ELIGIBILITY
3.1 The Programme is open to self-pay patients only. Patients wishing to use private medical insurance are not eligible for Programme pricing.
3.2 Patients must book their initial consultation through the dedicated Programme route, which is MovingForward@fortiusclinic.com or the dedicated Programme phone line, to be eligible for Programme pricing. Appointments booked through standard Fortius booking channels will be charged at standard self-pay rates.
4 PROGRAMME DATES AND ELIGIBILITY WINDOW
4.1 The Programme runs from 22 June 2026 to 31 August 2026 (the Programme Period).
4.2 To be eligible for Programme pricing, your initial consultation must be booked and take place on or before 31 August 2026.
4.3 If your initial consultation takes place on or before 31 August 2026, you will be entitled to complete the full Programme package including your imaging and follow-up appointment regardless of when those subsequent appointments fall, provided they are arranged within a reasonable timeframe following your initial consultation.
4.4 For the purposes of clause 4.3, a reasonable timeframe is considered to be no longer than three months from the date of your initial consultation.
4.5 Fortius Clinic reserves the right to extend or end the Programme at any time. If the Programme ends early, patients who have already booked their initial consultation will be entitled to complete their package.
5 BOOKING AND PAYMENT
5.1 All bookings under the Programme must be made through the dedicated Programme route set out in clause 3.2.
5.2 Full payment of the package price of £875 is required at the time of booking your initial consultation.
5.3 The package price is non-transferable and applies only to the patient named at the time of booking.
6 CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
6.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule your initial consultation, please contact us as soon as possible at MovingForward@fortiusclinic.com or on the dedicated Programme phone line.
6.2 If you cancel the Programme in full before your initial consultation takes place and give more than 24 hours notice, a full refund of £875 will be issued.
6.3 If you cancel your initial consultation with less than 24 hours notice, or do not attend without notice, no refund will be available. The full package price of £875 paid at the time of booking will be retained by Fortius Clinic.
6.4 If you choose not to proceed to imaging or follow-up after your initial consultation, no refund will be made for the unused elements of the package.
7 CHANGES TO THE PROGRAMME
7.1 Fortius Clinic reserves the right to modify the terms of the Programme at any time. Any changes will not affect bookings already made.
7.2 Patients will be offered a choice of available participating consultants within their specialty of interest at the time of booking. If a patient requests a consultant who is not participating in the programme, that consultant remains available to them at standard Fortius self-pay rates outside of the programme.
7.3 Once a patient has attended their initial consultation, their follow-up appointment will be with the same consultant regardless of any subsequent changes to programme participation.
8 GENERAL
8.1 These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8.2 If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
8.3 These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
