What We Treat
Our snow injuries clinic cares for anyone injured while skiing or snowboarding, from first-time skiers who take a tumble on holiday or on indoor slopes, to elite winter sports athletes looking for performance-led expertise to return safely to competition. We support people returning to the UK after treatment abroad, as well as anyone who has fallen on the slopes and has pain, swelling or instability that hasn’t settled.

Fortius is recognised as a FIFA Medical Centre of Excellence. Many of our sport and exercise medicine consultants hold official positions within elite sport, with links to Premiership football teams, the Lawn Tennis Association and the England women’s football team.
As part of the accreditation process, all centres have to undergo a strict selection process, and certification is granted for a period of five years, during which all centres are required to report annually on their activity. FIFA looks for experience, state of the art diagnosis and treatment, and aftercare, awarding established centres that have demonstrated their leadership in football medicine.

Our partnership with Spire St Anthony’s Hospital allows us to provide orthopaedic surgery closer to our clinic. We treat a full range of conditions and perform joint replacement surgery using the latest Mako robotic assisted technology.

Fortius Clinic London
Our 79,000 sq ft, seven-story, private hospital on Wigmore Street has 39 en-suite inpatient rooms, consultation and treatment rooms, and a physiotherapy suite.
The hospital has a high-spec imaging suite fully equipped with an MRI, CT scanner and X-ray machine. There are three state-of-the-art operating theatres, two anaesthetic rooms and a recovery bay.
Fortius Clinic London has two Mako robots for hip and knee joint replacements.

Our City Clinic is conveniently located between Bank and Monument stations, within the historic and financial heart of London. At our modern, two-floor facility we have nine consulting rooms, spacious waiting areas, well equipped treatment rooms and an imaging centre.
