How self-pay works
You can book directly with one of our specialists or speak to our team if you are unsure who you need to see. In many cases, self-pay patients can refer themselves without needing private medical insurance.
Your consultant will assess your symptoms, discuss your medical history and recommend any investigations that may be required. If diagnostic imaging is needed, we can often arrange this quickly and, where available, on the same day as your appointment.
Once your diagnosis has been established, your consultant will discuss the treatment options available to you. If further treatment or surgery is recommended, we will provide information about the associated costs so you can make an informed decision about your next steps.

Consultations, diagnostic imaging, treatments and surgical procedures are charged separately depending on the care you require.

Flexible finance options
If you are paying for your surgery yourself, you may be able to spread the cost with a flexible payment plan through our finance partner, Chrysalis Finance.
You can use the Chrysalis Finance portal to calculate an example payment plan, explore the repayment options available to you and apply for finance online.
Paying for your treatment
You will be given information about payment as part of your appointment or treatment booking.
Depending on the care you receive, payment may be required before your appointment, scan, treatment or surgical procedure.
