Mr Thomas Maule - Professional Bio
Mr Thomas Maule is an experienced Podiatrist. He is a member of the Royal College of Podiatrists as well as the BUPA podiatry network, and is registered with HCPC and all major healthcare providers.
His extensive range of treatments include steroid injection therapy for soft tissue disorders, including neuromas and heel pain and intra-articular injections for painful joint disorders.
Tom also specialises in minor soft tissue surgery, including toenail surgery (partial and total ablations) as well as biomechanical assessments for both adults and paediatrics and provision of orthoses.
After graduating from the Northampton School of Podiatry in 2001, he completed a post-graduate diploma in the Theory of Podiatric Surgery in 2007, alongside multiple CPD courses and training.
He then worked at Charing Cross Hospital from 2006-2011, specialising in podiatric surgery, and West Middlesex Hospital from 2009-2011, specialising in podiatric surgery and adult/paediatric biomechanics.
During this time, he developed his clinical skills to a very high level, particularly within the diagnosis and treatment of complex foot conditions. Tom continues to have a very keen interest in pre and post-surgical conditions such as Hallux Valgus, Flatfoot, Hallux Rigidus and Neuromas.
Following these NHS posts he worked within Wimbledon Clinics alongside his esteemed colleagues including orthopaedic surgeons, sports physicians and physios for over 15 years treating both amateur and professional sports persons.
Tom has over 20 years of experience in treating complex foot conditions. He receives referrals from many consultants, allied health professionals and GPs in and around London for specialist input into musculoskeletal conditions involving the knee, hip, spine and foot and ankle.
Aside from his work Tom loves to go to the gym, crossfit and road cycle, he also loves cooking, specialty coffee and wine, which are high on the priority list.

Our 79,000 sq ft, seven-story, private hospital on Wigmore Street has 39 en-suite inpatient rooms, consultation and treatment rooms, and a physiotherapy suite.
The hospital has a high-spec imaging suite fully equipped with an MRI, CT scanner and X-ray machine. There are three state-of-the-art operating theatres, two anaesthetic rooms and a recovery bay.

Our Wimbledon clinic houses a state-of-the-art imaging centre with a 3T MRI and X-ray scanners, Ultrasound, seven consulting rooms, two spacious waiting areas and well equipped treatment rooms all located on one level, ensuring easy accessibility for all patients.
Our partnership with Spire St Anthony’s Hospital allows us to provide orthopaedic surgery closer to our clinic. We treat a full range of conditions and perform joint replacement surgery using the latest Mako robotic assisted technology.

We are open Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 8.00pm, and Saturday mornings from 8.30am to 12.30pm.
If you are travelling by Tube, our closest underground station is Wimbledon (District Line), which also has rail and tramlink services from central London and beyond.
There is no parking available at the clinic, but we have a number of parking facilities all within a 10-12 minute walk of the clinic: Centre Court Car Park, Broadway Car Park, and Hartfield Road Car Park. Please note that all of these facilities are paid car parks.
