How we work with you
You won’t be passed from one part of your care to another without a clear plan. Our specialists work closely together, keeping your goals at the centre of every decision.
We’ll help you to have a multidisciplinary tendon clinic appointment with a consultant in sports medicine and rheumatology and a consultant tendon physiotherapist.
Your specialist will assess your symptoms and work with you to understand what’s causing them
If a diagnostic ultrasound and often an Ultrasound Tissue Characterisation scan could help, we’ll arrange imaging to get a clearer picture
Rheumatologists, orthopaedic surgeons and physiotherapists will work together to shape your treatment plan
We’ll guide you through the available treatments, including keyhole surgery and other advanced techniques
Your rehabilitation will be planned around your progress, helping you rebuild confidence in movement
Start your tendon recovery
You can contact our dedicated tendon team directly to arrange an appointment, so there’s no need to decide which specialist you need before getting in touch. We’ll help you find the right starting point and make sure your care goes in the right direction from there.
