James Colville

Consultant Hand and Reconstructive Surgeon

MB BS, BSc, MSc, FRCS (Eng) FRCS (Plast)

Mr James Colville was appointed as a Consultant in plastic, hand and reconstructive surgery at St George’s Hospital NHS foundation trust in 2005, and is still an active member of the team. He is trained in all aspects of hand surgery but specialises in arthritis, Dupuytrens disease, nerve compressions, such as carpal and cubital tunnel compression as well as trigger finger. He also has an interest in post-traumatic reconstruction and skin cancer surgery of the upper limb.

Mr Colville trained in Norwich, East Grinstead, Newcastle and took a hand fellowship in a world renowned centre in the USA.

He runs busy hand clinics and is also involved with hand trauma and reconstruction.

We are open Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 8.00pm, and Saturday mornings from 8.30am to 12.30pm. 

If you are travelling by Tube, our closest underground station is Wimbledon (District Line), which also has rail and tramlink services from central London and beyond.

There is no parking available at the clinic, but we have a number of parking facilities all within a 10-12 minute walk of the clinic: Centre Court Car Park, Broadway Car Park, and Hartfield Road Car Park. Please note that all of these facilities are paid car parks.
