Purpose of Job
Provide hands on, pro-active HR business support for the organisation.
Build and lead the HR team in shaping the future and culture of Fortius
Provide hands on, proactive full-service HR support to the business.
Provide strategy and leadership in recruitment, development and retention of staff.
Provide an HR service to Consultants as part of Fortius services.
Work as a strategic adviser to the CEO and be an active member of the Senior Management Team.
The role covers the breadth of all topics under the HR, L&D, and OD banner.
Lead and implement a fully functioning HR department covering the breadth of HR, OD and L&D throughout the life cycle of an employee.
Develop the HR strategy to provide the necessary support for a fast growing organisation.
Lead on seeking to resolve employment relations matters.
Partner with the Executive team, to advise on strategic and commercial matters including organisational structure and direction.
Drive a performance-led culture and improve the supporting tools such as appraisals.
Recruit the best clinical and non-clinical staff and facilitate an exceptional talent management program.
Develop and deliver a comprehensive learning and development strategy for mandatory clinical skills and for non-clinical generalist skills.
Keep abreast of employment law matters and update policies and contracts accordingly.
Ensure HR paperwork and compliance documentation are in place and accurate.
Provide ad hoc reports to Executive Team and Board as required,
Partner with CFO on annual compensation and benefit initiatives, including payroll.
Support and encourage a Strengths based organisation and work collaboratively with external Strengths coaches.
Work in partnership with the multi –disciplinary team to challenge and influence clinical and managerial decision making.
